We build a website with the booking system inside it, on the salon's own domain: treatments and prices, live free times, a confirmation with a calendar file, and a staff area with the day's schedule. The system already exists and runs; we shape it to your salon.

The public website
Treatments with durations and prices, a photo gallery, opening hours and contact details, in your name and your languages. Every language has its own address, so the salon can be found in each of them.
Booking that follows your rules
Free times are computed live from opening hours, closed days, lead time, treatment length and the appointments already in the book. Customers combine treatments in one visit and get a confirmation with a calendar file and a private link to view or cancel.
A staff area, not a spreadsheet
Day and week schedule with the free gaps marked, appointments created and edited in place, statuses for done, cancelled and no-show, opening hours, closed days and booking rules. Admin, manager and staff roles are checked on the server for every action.
Yours, not a marketplace's
Customers book on your domain, and your bookings and customer details stay in your salon's own system. No marketplace sits between you and the people in your chairs, and nothing about your schedule is shared with other salons.

Common questions
- What does a salon website cost?
- There is no fixed price, because every salon website is built to the salon's needs: the number of treatments and staff, the languages, the look and any extras. You describe your salon, we send a written quote, and you know the price before anything is built.
- Can customers book on their phones?
- Yes. The website and the booking steps are built for phones first, with large touch targets and no sideways scrolling, and the staff schedule works on a phone as well.
- Which languages does it support?
- English, Danish, German, Swedish, Norwegian and Ukrainian today, on the public website and in the staff area, each with its own addresses for search engines. Further languages can be added.
- Do I still need Fresha, Booksy or another booking platform?
- No. Customers book directly on your own website and the bookings land in your own schedule. If you also keep a listing on a marketplace, that can continue alongside.
- How long does it take?
- The booking system already exists, so most of the work is your content, your look and your rules. A first version with your treatments, prices, hours and languages is usually a matter of weeks, not months.
- Can I try it before deciding?
- Yes. The live demo at salon-app-demo.online is the real system with fictional data. Book an appointment as a customer, then sign in to the staff side with the demo accounts shown on this page; every browser gets its own sandbox that resets after 24 hours.
